Dashboard Tour
The Dashboard is your home base in CO2 Asset Management. It’s designed to get you to your work quickly - whether that’s checking on a specific building or creating a new estate.
What You’ll See
Section titled “What You’ll See”When you sign in, the dashboard shows your estates - the property portfolios you manage or have access to.
Why It’s Organized This Way
Section titled “Why It’s Organized This Way”The dashboard prioritizes quick access to ongoing work:
- Recent estates first - What you worked on most recently appears at the top
- Visual cards - Scan estates quickly without reading detailed lists
- One-click access - No menus to navigate, just click and go
Your First Action
Section titled “Your First Action”Just getting started? The most important thing is to create your first estate.
- Look for the Create Estate button or the + card
- Click it to start the estate creation wizard
- Follow the prompts to set up your portfolio
Finding Your Way

Section titled “Top Navigation Bar”The top bar stays visible everywhere:

Estate Cards
Section titled “Estate Cards”Each card represents one portfolio and shows:
- Estate Name - The name you or an admin chose
- Site Count - How many locations are in this estate
- Last Updated - When anyone on the team made changes
Click any card to open that estate and see its sites.
What to Do Next
Section titled “What to Do Next”Once you’re on the dashboard, your next step depends on what you need:

| Set up a new portfolio | Click Create Estate and follow the wizard |
| Work on existing buildings | Click an estate card, then select a site |
| Check recent changes | Look at “Last Updated” times on cards |
| Find a specific asset | Use the search bar in the top navigation |
Common Questions
Section titled “Common Questions””I don’t see any estates”
Section titled “”I don’t see any estates””Two possibilities:
- You’re new - Create your first estate using the button provided
- Pending invitation - Someone needs to grant you access to their estate
”I see estates but can’t edit them”
Section titled “”I see estates but can’t edit them””Your role determines what you can do. If you’re a Viewer, you can browse but not change things. Ask an Admin to upgrade your access if needed.
”Where are my floor plans?”
Section titled “”Where are my floor plans?””Floor plans live inside sites. Navigate: Dashboard → Estate → Site → Floor Plan
